Our process, which is common used in Europe, does not use filter but let them settled naturally. We age our wine at 5-15 deg. Celcius whole year round in closed and clean environment.

As mentioned earlier, we use our local tropical fruits, which is unique in taste and flavor. We select only fine raw material to product our wine.
